Lego friend name tag

Came across this at brick Empire. Bought it @ 14.90. Pretty nice. It come with a writing pad frame with Lego plates. It also come with a few parts for decorating the frame .

Last evening went to brick Empire and was surprised to found this notebook. It pretty special as it comes with colour letters tiles.

Minifigure exchange in Legoland Malaysia

Went to Legoland Malaysia to see this "exchange". They even provide free minifig redemption voucher . After using the voucher to build a few minifig, nephews and niece went everywhere to trade with the Legoland staff.

China to be its own LEGO Factory

"The LEGO Group has announced plans to build and operate its own LEGO factory in China. The factory will supply products for the growing Asian market. Construction is expected to begin in 2014." says the press release in Lego.com. 

Will this parts made in China different to those made elsewhere? I afraid this will happen resulting in two different quality of Lego products. Although the press release say that "All products made in the new factory will be sold in Asia" so maybe those of us in Europe, USA and Australasia need not worry unduly when buying new products, but what about buying in the aftermarket such as Bricklink? Will there also be a price different ?

75009 starwars snow speeder & hoth

This is one of my favourite starwars plane.

The first Minifigure Swap in Asia is being launched to coincide with the school holidays and to kick things off LEGOLAND Malaysia has set aside 300 highly sought after Minifigures, which will be distributed amongst the Model Citizens, ready for park guests to get their hands on.

Zoo duplo

This is a mini box with animal of polar bear and penguin . The penguin seem to be bigger than the bear!!!

Just remember to let one year plus old toddler play, else the animals will be ended up in the mouth of a 8 month old baby

Duplo zoo train

I am quite interested in this duplo train. The structure of the engine is pretty well designed and the train wheels are mimic of a train movement.
